While we've been getting some rain - well, lots of rain actually - it all started when summer was still in full bloom and the temperature was quite nice. Now, after weeks of grey skies and abundant moisture we're getting daytime highs of 17C and lows that make it possible to see a hint of your breath as the sun sets.
Thinking back on last year at this time it was very similar then, and as September came the temperature went back up and the fall was awesome.
Then...the winter came. Brrrr.
